3. Subscription Terms
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions:
- Subscription length: Monthly or Annual options available
- Price: Displayed in the app before purchase
- Payment: Charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
- Auto-renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Account charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- Cancellation: Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings in the App Store
- Free trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the app only for its intended purpose
- Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the app
- Respect the intellectual property rights of AI Wardrobe and its licensors
- Provide accurate information when creating your account
5. Content and Photos
Your Content: You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a license to process them to provide outfit recommendations.
Generated Content: Outfit recommendations generated by AI are provided for your personal use. You may not redistribute or sell these recommendations without our permission.
6. Intellectual Property
The AI Wardrobe app, its features, and all content (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by AI Wardrobe and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our express written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Wardrobe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
